孕产妇母乳喂养健康教育实施单的应用对纯母乳喂养率影响的效果评价

Effect of application of breastfeeding health education implementation order of pregnant and lying-in women on pure breastfeeding rate

目的:探讨孕产妇母乳喂养健康教育实施单提升纯母乳喂养率的效果。方法:收治产妇94例,分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用孕产妇母乳喂养健康教育实施单行个性化的母乳喂养护理干预。结果:试验组产后3 d及1周的纯母乳喂养率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:孕产妇母乳喂养健康教育实施单的应用能显著提高纯母乳喂养率。

Objective:To explore the effect of application of breastfeeding health education implementation order of pregnant and lying-in women on pure breastfeeding rate.Methods:94cases of puerperant were selected.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was given routine care.The experimental group was given personalized breastfeeding nursing intervention with breastfeeding health education implementation order of pregnant and lying-in women.Results:In the experimental group,the rates of pure breastfeeding at3days and1week after delivery were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of breastfeeding health education implementation order of pregnant and lying-in women can significantly improve the rate of pure breastfeeding.
