医院工会是在医院党委或党支部领导下的医院职工自愿结合的工人阶级群众组织,是医院党组织联系职工群众的桥梁和纽带。在新时期,随着医改的逐步深入,医院的管理和发展均发生了较大的变化,医院工会应以维护医护人员的合法权益为己任,以促进医院发展为重点,调动职工的积极性,充分发挥主人翁精神,为医院的建设和发展做出应有的贡献。本文探讨医院工会在医院发展建设中的重要作用。

Hospital trade union is the working class mass organization under the leadership of the party committee or party branch,and it is the bridge and link between the party organizations and the masses.In the new era,with the gradual deepening of health care reform,the management and development of the hospital has changed greatly,and hospital trade unions should take care of the legitimate rights and interests of medical staff,focus on promoting hospital development,mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff to give full play to the spirit of the host,so as to contribute to the construction and development of hospital.This paper discusses the important role of hospital trade union in hospital development.
