多功能笔多件模注塑模具设计

摘要 针对某多功能笔形状较复杂,多件模脱模较难的实际生产问题,借助UG注塑模向导设计了一种带有外部侧抽芯机构和内螺纹推出机构的一模八腔注塑模具。模具采用两板式结构,外部侧抽芯机构采用滑块,滑块外侧具有螺纹槽和侧型芯,内螺纹的脱模推出采用叶轮+螺旋杆,由推板最终推出制件。模具结构新颖,使用效果良好,对企业设计同类注塑模具有一定的借鉴作用。 Aimed at the multi-function pen with complex shape to hard product release,one module and eight cavities injectionmould was designed with a kind of side core-pulling mechanism with external and internal thread launch institutions by using UGinjection mold wizard.Die adopts two plate structure,external side core-pulling mechanism adopts slider,slider lateral has a threadgroove and side core,internal thread demoulding launch impeller+screw,finally introduced by pushing plate parts.The die structureis novel,it has proved that the use effect is good,which has the certain reference value to the design of similar injection mold of the enterprise.
