On the Ideological and Political Work of Police under the Condition of ‘Internet Plus'

"互联网+"时代的来临,给公安思想政治工作带来新的机遇,它能够增强公安思想政治工作的时效性、参与性、精确性和智能化水平,并拓宽公安思想政治工作的渠道。但是,"互联网+"也会给公安思想政治工作带来工作主体权威性的弱化、教育对象的思想状况复杂化等新的挑战。这就要求公安思想政治工作者必须更新观念,补齐短板,在政治建警、内部管理、文化育警、战时思想政治工作等方面不断创新方法和手段,从而提高工作实效。

With the advent of the‘Internet Plus’era,police ideological and political work will usher in newopportunities,which will promote the work with better timeliness,participation,accuracy as well as higher intelligentlevel and broaden the channels of police ideological and political work.However,‘Internet Plus’may also bringabout new challenges such as weakening the work subjects’authorities,perplexing the education objects’ideologicalconditions and so on,which require police ideological and political workers to renew ideas,put forth efforts to lengthenthe short stave and constantly bring forth new ideas and methods from the following aspects:political constructionof police,internal management,training police with culture,and wartime ideological and political work in order toimprove the effectiveness of work.
