大花香水月季不同基质绿枝扦插比较试验

Effects of Different Substrates on Green Branch Cutting of Rosa odorata var.gigantea

在大花香水月季绿枝扦插繁殖中,为了选择一种最佳基质,本试验以细沙、锯木屑、细炉灰渣、蛭石、珍珠岩5种基质组成不同配比进行绿枝扦插比较试验。通过比较扦插苗的生根率、根长、根重、根粗等生根状况指标及幼苗的叶绿素含量、根系活力、可溶性糖含量等生理指标,结果得出处理2(细炉灰渣:细沙=1:1)各种生根状况指标均较好,处理2(细炉灰渣:细沙=1:1)和处理3(蛭石:细沙=1:1)的生理指标均较好。最后综合得出处理2(细炉灰渣:细沙=1:1)最适合作为大花香水月季扦插繁殖基质。

In order to choose the best kind of substrates for green branch cutting propagation of Rosa odora?ta var.gigantea,in the test,selected5kinds of substrates that fine sand,sawdust,fine stove,vermiculite,perliteto form different ratio to do cuttings comparison test of Rosa odorata var.gigantea.By comparison on rootingrate,root length,root weight,root diameter,such as rooting status indicators,and on seedlings’three physiological indicators of chlorophyll content,root activity and soluble sugar content,got that the various rooting status indicators of treatment2(fine stove:fine sand=1:1)were all good,and the physiological indicators of treatment2(fine stove:fine sand=1:1)and treatment3(vermiculite:fine sand=2:1)were all good.Finally,comprehensively got that treatment2(fine stove:fine sand=1:1)was the most suitable substrate for cutting propagation ofRosa odorata var.gigantea.
