矿用水泥基封孔材料研究

摘要 本文首先介绍水泥基封孔材料的使用现状、水泥基膨胀剂研究现状及聚合物改性研究进展,并指出目前矿用水泥基封孔材料研究中存在改性成本高、候凝时间长、膨胀与材料强度不协调等问题。最后,对矿用水泥基封孔材料的研究方向做了展望,提出利用工业废弃物为改性材料,以发气类、金属粉类和氧化钙类膨胀剂为研究方向,采用微胶囊等技术处理膨胀源,实现膨胀能的缓控释放。 Firstly,this paper introduced the current application of cement base hole sealing materials and the researchstatus of cement base expansion agent as well as polymer modification.Secondly,it pointd out the problems whichstill was existing in the research such as high cost of modification,long time solidification,and cement swelling uneven with strength.In the end,it also made an outlook on cement base hole sealing material research and proposesthat we can make use of industrial wast as modified material and do more research in gas,metal powder and calciumoxide expansion agent.We can also modify expansion source by using the microcapsule packages technology and realize the expansion controlled release.
