摘要
本文利用常规高空、地面观测资料、欧洲数值预报资料、多普勒雷达反射率因子产品以及日本传真图等,诊断分析2017年2月20-21日三门峡市大风、寒潮、暴雪等强灾害性天气过程,得出三门峡市冬春交季强灾害性天气预报的有利天气形势,以及在雷达反射率因子等产品上的指示特征。结果表明,700h Pa上偏南急流和850h Pa上偏东急流天气形势配置,是三门峡市这次产生暴雪的关键;春季在贝湖附近有1048h Pa以上的冷高压中心,是三门峡市出现寒潮的一个重要指标;对于大风、寒潮、暴雪等强灾害性天气过程,欧洲数值预报可靠;日本降水预报的准确性在这次暴雪天气中得以充分体现。
This paper used conventional meteorological data,the numerical forecasting data,Doppler radar reflectivity factor and the Japan facsimile chart,the diagnostic analysis on20-21February2017in Sanmenxia City,wind,cold,snow and other strong disastrous weather,favorable weather conditions,the Sanmenxia city winter season overstrong disastrous weather forecast and indicating characteristics in the radar reflectivity on the product.The resultsshow that the700hPa configuration of easterly weather southerly jet and850hPa,is the key to the city,I have blizzard;spring cold high pressure center of more than1048in the Bay near the lake,is an important index of the city inthe cold;for wind,cold,snow and other severe weather process.The numerical prediction accuracy and reliability;Japan precipitation forecast can be fully reflected in the snowstorm weather.
