中医治疗不孕症验案举隅

Case report of TCM treatment of infertility

目的:观察免疫性不孕中药治疗的临床效果。方法:以临床中夫妇双方生殖系统正常,无原因而不孕;受孕后B超检查有胚胎无胎芽的;孕2月胎停止发育;3个月自动流产,经检查孕妇子宫附件、染色体、黄体、甲状腺功能均正常的为研究对象。根据中医辨证分为气血两虚、肝肾阴虚、脾虚湿盛三种类型,每日口服中药1剂,连服3个月。结果:免疫性不孕,在临床中辨证分型,经中药治疗效果满意。结论:中医用同病异治的辨证论治原则治疗免疫性不孕,效果良好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of TCM treatment of infertility.Methods:Patients with the following situation were selected:In clinic,the reproductive system was normal and the infertility was without cause;After conception,B ultrasound examination showed fetal embryos without bud;The fetus stopped developing at2months gestation;Pregnant women had automatic abortion three months after conception,the examination indicated that the uterine attachment,chromosome,corpus luteum,thyroid function were normal.All the cases were divided into Qi and blood deficiency,liver and kidney yin deficiency and spleen deficiency dampness accumulation,three types according to TCM syndrome differentiation,and TCM decoction was orally administrated every day,the treatment lasted3months.Results:TCM treatment achieved satisfactory effect in treating immune infertility based on TCM clinical syndrome differentiation.Conclusion:TCM treatment had good effect in treating immune infertility based on the principle of TCM syndrome differentiation with different treatment.
