高龄冠心病患者行PCI术后并发急性左心衰发生的危险因素研究

Study on risk factors of acute left heart failure after PCI in elderly patients with coronary heart disease

目的:研究高龄冠心病患者行PCI术后并发急性左心衰的危险因素。方法:选取我院2015年7月-2017年1月收治的60例冠心病患者作为研究对象,依据其是否并发左心衰分为未并发组50例及并发组10例,采用Logistic回归分析法对其危险因素进行分析。结果:Logistic回归分析结果提示:心律失常、液体负荷过重、感染为高龄冠心病患者PCI术后并发急性左心衰发生的危险因素(OR:4.525、4.283、3.884,95%CI:1.890~6.845、1.725~6.550、1.595~5.780,P<0.05)。结论:高龄冠心病患者PCI术后并发急性左心衰的危险因素为心律失常、液体负荷过重、感染。

Objective:To study the risk factors of acute left heart failure after PCI in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:Sixty patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from July2015to January2017were selected as the subjects.According to whether they were complicated with left heart failure,50cases were included in the non-concurrent group and10cases were included in the concurrent group.The risk factors were analyzed by applying Logistic regression analysis.Results:Logistic regression analysis showed that arrhythmia,fluid overload and infection were risk factors for acute left heart failure after PCI in elderly patients with coronary heart disease(OR:4.525,4.283,3.884,95%CI:1.890～6.845,1.725～6.550,1.595～5.780,P<0.05).Conclusion:The risk factors of acute left heart failure after PCI in elderly patients with coronary heart disease were arrhythmia,fluid overload and infection.
