中医药治疗动脉硬化斑块的疗效观察

The efficacy observation of TCM in treating atreherosclerotic plaque

目的:探讨中医药治疗动脉硬化斑块的临床疗效。方法:选取我院于2015年3月—2016年3月收治的90例动脉硬化斑块患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规西药(阿司匹林、他汀类)基础治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上,加服中草药胶囊制剂。对两组患者治疗前和治疗6个月后分别测量患者血脂参数(TC、TG、LDL和HDL)、颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)和斑块形态(斑块数量、Crouse积分和斑块面积)并进行对比。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗组血脂指标(TC、TG、LDL和HDL)均有明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);斑块面积、斑块数量、Crouse积分和IMT显著下降,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中草药可以有效稳定、缓解和治疗动脉硬化斑块,临床效果显著,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of TCM in treating atreherosclerotic plaque.Methods:90patients with atreherosclerotic plaque treated in our hospital from March2015to March2016were select as research subjects and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,the latter received basic treatment with normal Western medicine(Asprin and Statins)and the former received both Western medicine treatment and Chinese herbal capsule preparation,the lipids parameters(TC,TG,LDL and HDL),intracarotid-thickness of tunica media(IMT)and plaque form(number of plaque,Crouse credit and plaque coverage)of two groups of patients before and after the treatment were measured and compared.Results:The lipids indexes(TC,TG,LDL and HDL)of the treatment group improved remarkably compared with those before the treatment and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the plaque coverage,number of plaque,Crouse credit and IMT declined greatly,which showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:Chinese herbal medicine could effectively stabilize,alleviate and treat atreherosclerotic plaque with remarkable clinic efficacy,and it was worth y of promotion and application.
