2型糖尿病患者体内IL-6、IFN-γ的变化

The change of IL-6 and IFN-γ in patients with type 2 diabetes

目的:观察外周血IL-6、IFN-γ在2型糖尿病患者体内的变化,探讨其在2型糖尿病发病中的作用。方法:应用ELISA法检测64例2型糖尿病患者、20例健康对照者的外周血IL-6、IFN-γ变化。结果:2型糖尿病患者血浆IL-6、IFN-γ的水平高于健康对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:机体免疫异常在2型糖尿病发生、发展中发挥着一定的作用。

Objective:To investigate the changes of IL-6and IFN-γ,and their roles in the development of type2diabetes.Methods:The changes of IL-6and IFN-γof64patients with type2diabetes and that of20healthy people were detected by using ELISA.Results:The percentage of IL-6and IFN-γof patients with type2Diabetes was higher than that of the healthy people,the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Immune dysfunction exerted certain effects on the pathogenesis and progression of type2diabetes mellitus.
