毫火针联合308 nm准分子光治疗白癜风疗效观察与护理 被引量:13

摘要 目的:观察毫火针联合308 nm准分子光治疗白癜风的疗效。方法:将58例白癜风患者随机分为两组:治疗组30例,采用火针点刺皮损局部,每周1次,308 nm准分子光照射,每周2次。对照组28例,采用308 nm准分子光照射,每周2次治疗;两组均连续治疗12周。在治疗第0周、4周、8周、12周观察复色情况,测算记录皮损面积变化,做好针刺及光照护理健康宣教。治疗结束进行临床疗效和不良反应评价。结果:治疗组总有效率为76.67%,对照组总有效率为60.71%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者未见严重不良反应,患者毫火针治疗后出现红斑、灼痛,经护理指导后均逐渐消退缓解。结论:火针联合308 nm准分子光治疗白癜风疗效优于单用308 nm准分子光治疗,不良反应小,安全性好。 Objective:To assess the clinical efficacy of the milli fire needle combined with308nm excimer laser in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods:58cases of eligible patients with vitiligo were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=30)and the control group(n=28).In the treatment group,milli-fire-needle treatment was applied once a week,meanwhile308nm excimer laser therapy was applied for irradiating the local area twice a week.The control group was treated by308nm excimer laser therapy.The skin restore degree of these patients were calculated every4weeks by measuring the area of skin lesions.At the same time,the health education of acupuncture and laser were strengthened.After12weeks test,the adverse reactions during the treatment were recorded.Results:The total efficacy rate was76.67%in the treatment group and60.71%in the control group.Erythema and pain appeared after the milli fire needle,but it could be relieved by nursing instruction.Conclusion:The efficacy of the milli fire needle combined with308nm excimer laser was better than308nm excimer laser only.Under the normalized operation,milli fire needle treatment was very safe.
