延续性护理对重度烧伤患者出院后生活质量的影响研究

Effect of continuity nursing on quality of life of patients with severe burn

目的:探讨延续性护理对重度烧伤患者出院后生活质量的影响。方法:选取我院200例患者,按时间分为两组,其中对照组采用常规护理,试验组实行延续性护理,于患者出院时调查其对医护护理工作的满意度及就6个月后进行生活质量考量。结果:生活质量试验组得分明显提高,对照组略有上升;而在对护理工作满意度调查中,试验组显著优于对照组,所有对比结果均具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:延续性护理对重度烧伤患者出院后生活质量的提高具有重要意义。

Objective:To explore the effect of continuity nursing on the quality of life of patients with severe burns after discharge.Methods:200patients in our hospital were divided into two groups according to time.The control group was treated with routine nursing.The experimental group was treated with continuous nursing.The satisfaction of the nursing care and quality of life of patients upon discharge and6months after discharged were investigated.Results:Compared with the control group,the scores of the life quality of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuing nursing was of great significance to improve the quality of life of patients with severe burns after discharge.
