基于实证分析的癌痛中西医护理品质管理策略

Chinese and western medicine pain nursing quality management strategy based on the empirical analysis

目的:通过实证分析,完善癌痛护理的有效管理策略,促进癌痛质量管理持续改进。方法:提取2014—2015年全科150例癌痛患者的数据资料,进行实证分析,通过完善癌痛评估方法、制作癌痛护理记录单、建立品质管理小组,改善癌痛管理模式,构建以无痛为导向,以临床护理路径为纽带,以癌痛评估、管理、评价过程监控为重点的管理模式。结果:经过一年的资料收集、实效观察和归纳总结,对癌痛护理实施品质管理策略前后进行比较,癌痛控制有效率由40%上升至84%。结论:通过实证分析,为癌痛护理的管理策略提供循证依据,为无痛病房的创建打下基础,使癌痛管理策略更具规范化及有效性,有助于科学管理癌痛,提高其生存质量,使患者满意度提升。

Objective:With the empirical analysis,to improve the effective management strategy of pain care,and to improve the continuous improvement of the quality management of cancer pain.Methods:Extracting the databases of150general cancer patients from2014to2015and conducting empirical analysis,making cancer pain nursing records and establishing quality management team through the improvement of pain assessment methods,improving the mode of cancer pain management,constructing the painless oriented and the clinical nursing pathway as the link,so as to establish the cancer pain assessment,management and evaluation of the process monitoring key management model.Results:After one year of data collection,observation and summary,the actual effect of cancer pain nursing management strategy before and the after the management was compared,which indicated that the effective rate of cancer pain management increased from40%to84%.Conclusion:The empirical analysis provided the evidence for the management of cancer pain nursing strategies,laid the foundation for creating a painless ward,and made the pain management strategies more standardized and effective,which contributed to the scientific management of cancer pain and improved their quality of life and the satisfaction of patients.
