开展优质护理服务存在的问题与对策

Existing problems and countermeasures in carrying out the high quality nursing service

护理服务是一种标准化、程序化的工作模式。开展优质护理过程中,护士通过提供护理服务内容,让患者感受到舒适、方便、安全、被关怀和被尊重。但目前在开展优质护理服务过程中,存在一些问题。本研究运用调查研究的方法,总结分析目前开展优质护理服务中存在的问题,提出针对性的对策,为进一步改进优质护理服务提供指导。

High-quality nursing service is a standardized and programmed working model.In the process of carrying out quality care,the patients would feel comfortable,convenient,safe,cared for and respected with the nurses’nursing.However,there are some problems in the process of developing quality care.This research uses the method of investigation and research,summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the high quality nursing service at present,and puts forward some countermeasures to provide guidance for further improvement of high quality nursing service.
