中药房调剂质量监管在中药处方的有效性及用药安全性的价值分析

Analysis of the effectiveness and safety of traditional Chinese medicine prescription quality control

目的:探讨中药房调剂质量监管在中药处方的有效性及用药安全性的价值分析。方法:2015年1月—2016年2月我院实施中药房调剂质量监管的320例中药处方为观察组,并以2013年11月—2014年12月实施质量监管前的300例处方作为对照组。统计两组处方的有效性及安全性。结果:两组不良反应发生率分别为1.9%、5.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药房调剂质量监管对于临床用药有积极的意义,能够提高中药处方的有效性,保证临床用药安全。

Objective:To explore the effectiveness and safety of traditional Chinese medicine prescription quality control.Methods:320TCM prescription supervised under the traditional Chinese medicine prescription quality control from January2015to February2016were selected as the observation group,300TCM prescription that received no TCM prescription quality control from November2013to December2014were selected as the control group.The effectiveness and safety of traditional Chinese medicine prescription was statistically calculated.Results:The reverse action rate of the observation group and the control group was1.9%and5.7%respectively,the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM prescription quality control had positive significance in the clinical drug administration,it could improve the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine prescription and guarantee its safety.
