“肾阴虚”藏象理论中西医结合研究

A study of the integrative meidicine on Shenyinxu Zangxiang

目的:探讨"肾阴虚"藏象与西医疾病间的联系。方法:全文检索中国知网中的中医学、中西医结合2个专题数据库,对发病部位、病名、临床科室、症状进行统计分析。结果:初步收集全文文献共计6001篇,最终纳入文献4129篇。"肾阴虚"所涉及的发病部位50个,依次为血液血管、颅脑、卵巢等,相关临床科室29个,依次为妇科、神经内科、内分泌科等,相关疾病172个,依次为糖尿病、更年期综合征、失眠等。结论:从"中西医结合"的角度找出"肾阴虚"藏象相关的西医疾病,为"肾阴虚"实质、藏象实质的研究以及临床实践提供参考。

Objective:To explore the relationship between Shenyinxu Zangxiang and western medicine.Methods:2thematicdatabases about TCM,the integrative medicine were searched in CNKI.The pathogenesis,disease name,clinical department and symptomwere analyzed.Results:6001articles were collected and4129articles were included in the literature.Then50cases of pathogenesisinvolved in Shenyinxu,following by blood vessels,brain,ovary,etc..29departments were related to Shenyinxu,following by gynecology,neurology,endocrinology and so on.172diseases were related to Shenyinxu,following by diabetes,menopausal syndrome,insomnia,etc..Conclusion:According to the integrative medicine,the relationship between Shenyinxu Zangxiang and the disease name in westernmedicine is found,to provide a reference for studying essence of Shenyinxu and Zangxiang,and clinical practice.
