去伤片联合甘露醇注射液治疗胫腓骨粉碎性骨折肢体肿胀的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating limb swelling of comminuted tibia and fibula fractures with Qushang Pian plus mannitol injection

目的:去伤片联合甘露醇注射液治疗胫腓骨粉碎性骨折肢体肿胀消退的临床观察。方法:将符合纳入标准的胫腓骨粉碎性骨折肢体重度肿胀患者60例按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,对照组采用常规甘露醇注射液脱水、消肿治疗,治疗组采用去伤片联合甘露醇注射液脱水、消肿治疗,分别于治疗前,治疗后2、4、7d观察两组患者小腿周径差、VAS疼痛评分、临床疗效。结果:治疗组优良率为90.0%(27/30),对照组为63.3%(19/30),两组比较差异有统计学意义(x2=5.962,P=0.014);治疗后,治疗组小腿周径差[(1.51±0.51)比(1.91±0.48),t=3.128]、VAS疼痛评分[(2.50±1.50)分比(2.90±1.49)分,t=2.072]低于对照组(P<0.005)。结论:去伤片联合甘露醇注射液能明显加速胫腓骨粉碎性骨折肢体肿胀消退,减轻疼痛,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe application of Qushang Pian plus mannitol injection on treating limb swelling of comminutedtibia and fibula fractures.Methods:60cases were divided into the treatment group and control group,30cases in each.The control groupwas treated with conventional mannitol injection.The treatment group were treated with Qushang Pian plus mannitol injection.The calfdiameter,VAS pain score and clinical efficacy were observed before and after treatment in2,4and7days.Results:The excellent andgood rate was90.0%(27/30)in the treatment group,and63.3%(19/30)in the control group(x2=5.962,*P=0.014).After treatment,the calfdiameter and VAS pain score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.005).Conclusion:Qushang Pian plusmannitol injection can significantly accelerate the swelling of comminuted tibia and fibula fractures,alleviate the pain,and is worthy ofclinical promotion.
