麝香保心丸和硝酸异山梨酯片联用治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛66例

Treating 66 cases of angina pectoris from coronary atherosclerotic heart disease with Shexiang Baoxin Wan plus isosorbide dinitrate tablets

目的:探讨麝香保心丸与硝酸异山梨酯片联用治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)心绞痛的临床疗效及对心功能的影响。方法:观察治疗前后患者的临床症状、体表心电图、血液流变学和运动耐力试验等检测结果。结果:(1)麝香保心丸对冠心病心绞痛的疗效与硝酸异山梨酯片接近,两药合用的临床疗效(82.4%)与心电图疗效(76.4%)均优于单用麝香保心丸(61.3%和51.6%)或硝酸异山梨酯片(72.3%和58.3%),均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);(2)麝香保心丸可改善心绞痛患者血液流变学,增加心肌血供;减慢心率,降低心肌氧耗,以稳定心绞痛。结论:麝香保心丸对冠心病心绞痛有较好疗效;麝香保心丸与硝酸异山梨酯片联用更适合血容量不足及对扩血管药物敏感的心绞痛老年患者。

Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of Shexiang Baoxin Wan plus isosorbide dinitrate tablets on angina pectorisfrom coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.Methods:The clinical symptoms,body surface electrocardiogram,hemorheology and exerciseendurance test were observed before and after treatment.Results:Efficiency of Shexiang Baoxin Wan and isosorbide dinitrate tabletswas basically the same;the patients were treated with Shexiang Baoxin Wan plus isosorbide dinitrate tablets,showed82.4%of clinicalefficiency,and76.4%of electrocardiogram efficiency respectively,better than the patients were given Shexiang Baoxin Wan(61.3%,51.6%)or isosorbide dinitrate tablets(72.3%,58.3%)simply(P<0.05,P<0.01).Shexiang Baoxin Wan can improve blood rheology inpatients with angina pectoris,increase myocardial blood supply,slow heart rate,reduce myocardial oxygen consumption,and stable clinicalsymptoms.Conclusion:Shexiang Baoxin Wan has a good effect on coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Shexiang Baoxin Wan plusisosorbide dinitrate tablets is more suitable on angina patients of hypovolemia and sensitive to vasodilator drugs.
