观察温针灸颈三针治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效

Observation on treating cervical spondylosis by warm acupuncture

目的:通过对我院中医康复科门诊颈型颈椎病患者进行对照试验,观察温针灸颈三针治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:本研究选自我院2013年3月-2015年12月的颈型颈椎病患者120例,根据不同的治疗方式进行分组,观察组60例采用温针灸颈三针的方法进行治疗,对照组60例采用药物口服另外配合药物外搽的方法进行治疗。观察和比较两组患者治疗前和治疗后的颈痛量表(NPQ评分)、VAS评分和治疗效果。结果:(1)与治疗前对比,两组患者治疗后NPQ评分和VAS评分明显降低,数据比较差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05;与对照组对比,观察组治疗后NPQ评分和VAS评分明显更低,数据比较差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。(2)观察组治疗总有效率为91.67%,对照组为58.33%,与对照组对比,观察组治疗总有效率明显更高,数据比较差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:温针灸颈三针治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效显著,能够有效地减轻患者的颈痛、酸胀不适等临床症状,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of acupuncture on cervical spondylosis.Methods:120cases were divided into twogroups,60cases in each group.The observation group was given acupuncture and moxibustion;the control group took medicine for oraland external use.Results:After treatment,NPQ scores and VAS scores were more decreased than before treatment,P<0.05;and those inthe observation group were lower,P<0.05;The efficiency was91.67%in the observation group,better than58.33%in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Acupuncture on cervical spondylosis was effecive significantly,by reducing neck pain,soreness and other clinicalsymptoms,and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
