摘要
目的:探讨皮下"对刺透疹"并"疏密波"电刺激治疗带状疱疹的疗效,与西药治疗带状疱疹相对照,寻求更经济、安全、疗效可靠的治疗方法。方法:经皮下对刺透过皮疹基底部,行使一定补泻手法,得气后连接到电针仪疏密波上治疗,7次为一个疗程。结果:经治1个疗程后,对刺电针组总有效率为83.3%,西药组总有效率为66.7%。结论:本法具有止痛效果快、皮损恢复时间短、经济安全、无副作用等优点,值得临床推荐使用。
Objective:The effects of acupuncture plus electric stimulation and western medicine on herpes were explored andcompared,to seek more economical,safe and effective treatment.Methods:All patients in the electric acupuncture medicine were treatedby acupuncture of the Buxie method plus electric stimulation,7times as a course.Results:After treatment,the total efficiency was83.3%in the electric acupuncture medicine,and66.7%in the western medicine.Conclusion:Acupuncture plus electric stimulation on herpes canquickly relieve pain and shorten the skin recovery time,is economic and safe,without side effects,worthy of promotion.
