楚海波主任医师治疗周围性面神经麻痹疗效观察

Treating peripheral facial paralysis by Chief Physician Chu Haibo

目的:总结楚海波主任医师论治周围性面神经麻痹的临床经验。方法:跟随楚主任临床诊疗,对50例周围性面神经麻痹患者进行分组研究。结果:采用面瘫扶正丸结合针灸及西药治疗的治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:楚海波主任医师认为周围性面神经麻痹的病因病机多为"风""痰""瘀""虚",治疗上多采用祛风化痰,益气补血,活血通络;且中西医综合治疗临床效果显著,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective:To summarize the clinical experience of Chief Physician Chu Haibo in treating peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:50patients were divided into two groups according to the clinical practice.Results:The treatment group took Miantan FuzhengWan,and received better efficacy than the control group.Conclusion:Chief Physician Chu Haibo thinks that the peripheral facial paralysisresults from Feng,Tan,Yu,Xu,and shoule be treated by Qufeng Huayu,Yiqi Buxue,Huoxue Tongluo.The integrative medicien showedbetter clinical efficacy,and is worthy of promotion.
