中医活血化瘀法用于子宫肌瘤治疗的临床探究

Treating hysteromyoma by the Huoxue Huayu therapy

目的:探讨中医活血化瘀法用于子宫肌瘤治疗的临床效果。方法:选取94例子宫肌瘤患者,采取随机数表法,将其分为中医组和西医组,每组患者47例,中医组应用活血化瘀法治疗,西医组应用常规西医治疗,对比疗效。结果:中医组患者治疗前后子宫肌瘤缩小程度明显优于西医组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);中医组患者取得了较好的治疗效果,其疗效明显优于西医组,两组数据对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:中医活血化瘀法治疗子宫肌瘤效果有效、安全,具有临床应用意义。

Objective:To explore effects of the Huoxue Huayu therapy on hysteromyoma.Methods:94patients were randomlydivided into the TCM group and western medicine group,47patients in each.The TCM group was treated by the Huoxue Huayu therapy.The western medicine group was treated with conventional western medicine.Results:The degree of uterine fibroids in TCM group wassignificantly better than that in the western medicine group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The effect in the TCM groupwas better than that in the western medicine group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Huoxue Huayutherapy on hysteromyoma is effective,safe and shows a clinical significance.
