中西医结合治疗对中晚期结肠癌患者生活质量的影响

Clinical effects of the integrative medicine on life quality of patients with advanced colon cancer

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗对中晚期结肠癌患者生活质量的影响。方法:选择110例中晚期结肠癌患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各55例,对照组应用FOLFOX化疗方案;观察组用在FOLFOX化疗方案基础上联合益气化瘀、利湿解毒方治疗。结果:两组的有效率比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后两组生活质量改善比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气化瘀法治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌,可改善症状、患者生活质量,效果满意。

Objective:To explore clinical effects of the integrative medicine on life quality of patients with advanced colon cancer.Methods:110cases were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,55cases in each.The control group was treated by FOLFOXchemotherapy.The observation group was treated by the Yiqi Huayu Lishi Jiedu therapy.Results:There was no significant difference in the totalefficiency between the groups(P>0.05).The improvement of life quality in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yiqi Huayu therapy can improve symptoms and the life quality of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
