茵陈蒿汤加减治疗寻常性痤疮46例

Treating 46 cases of acne vulgaris with the Yinchenhao decoction

目的:探讨茵陈蒿汤加减治疗寻常性痤疮的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年1月-2016年7月期间寻常性痤疮患者92例,随机分为两组,各46例,观察组采用茵陈蒿汤加减方治疗,对照组采用维胺酯胶囊联合克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶治疗。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组皮损积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,全部患者皮损积分明显低于治疗前,其中观察组皮损积分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:茵陈蒿汤加减治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效理想,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Yinchenhao decoction on acne vulgaris.Methods:92patientswere randomly divided into two groups,46cases in each group.The observation group was treated with the Yinchenhao decoction.Thecontrol group was treated with viaminati capsules plus clindamycin phosphate gel.Results:The total efficiency in the observation groupwas significantly higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference inthe lesion score between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of skin lesions were significantly lower thanthose before treatment,and the score of the lesion in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yinchenhao decoction is effective on acne vulgaris,and worthy of clinical application.
