摘要
目的:观察综合护理配合保留灌肠治疗湿热型溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法:对照组给予黄连解毒汤加减保留灌肠,治疗组在对照组基础上给予综合护理。结果:两组临床效果有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效满意。
Objective:To observe efficacy of comprehensive nursing plus etention enema on ulcerative colitis.Methods:The controlgroup was given etention enema with the Huanglian Jiedu decoction;and the treatment group received comprehensive nursing more.Results:There were significant differences in clinical efficacy between two groups(P<0.05);and that in the treatment group was better.Conclusion:TCM retention enema on ulcerative colitis showed a good effect.
