摘要
癫痫是多种原因导致的脑部神经元高度同步化异常放电的临床综合征,其发作不仅可引起脑部神经生物改变或神经元的坏死及病理性凋亡,还常引起患者一系列的社会心理问题,严重影响患者的生活质量,故对该病的治疗十分必要。本文对近五年来中医药治疗癫痫的研究进行综述,以期为癫痫治疗的后续研究提供一定的临床依据。
Epilepsy is a clinical syndrome of highly synchronous abnormal discharge of brain neurons caused by various reasons.Its seizures can not only lead to changes in brain neurobiology or neuronal necrosis and pathological apoptosis,but also often cause a seriesof psychosocial problems,which seriously affect the patient's quality of life.So the treatment of this disease is very necessary.This paperreviews the research on treating epilepsy in TCM in the past five years,in order to provide certain clinical basis for the follow-up study of epilepsy treatment.
