痛风性关节炎的中西医治疗现状

Current status of treating gouty arthritis in the integrative medicine

痛风性关节炎(Goutyarthritis)是因单钠尿酸盐(MSU)沉积在关节囊、滑囊、软骨、骨质和其他组织中而引起病损及炎性反应,引起尿酸升高的原因是嘌呤代谢紊乱和(或)尿酸排泄减少。痛风性关节炎常见于第一跖趾关节,也可见于其他较大关节,如踝部、足部关节,根据临床表现分成急性关节炎期、间歇期、慢性关节炎期。痛风性关节炎属中医"痹证"领域,在古代多称为"痹证""历节",其发病多认为由正气不足加之嗜食膏粱厚味之品所致。目前在我国痛风发病率为1%~3%,因生活质量改善,饮食习惯的改变,痛风性关节炎的发病率逐渐升高。

Goutyarthritis is caused by MSU deposited on joint capsule,slippery bursa,cartilage,bone and other tissues and causedamage and inflammatory reaction.The causes of elevated uric acid were a purine metabolic disorder and(or)reduction of uric acid excretion.Goutyarthritis is common in the first plantar toe.It is also seen in other large joints,such as the ankle and foot joints.According tothe clinical manifestations,stages of acute arthritis,intermittent period and chronic arthritis were found.Goutyarthritis was called“Bi syndrome”and“Lijie”in ancient time.At present the incidence of gout is1%～3%.Due to the improvement of quality of life,the change ineating habits,the incidence of gouty arthritis is rising.
