半枝莲多糖对妊娠后期兔骨折愈合过程的影响

摘要 目的:探讨半枝莲多糖对妊娠后期兔骨折愈合过程的影响并分析其作用机制。方法:将新西兰大耳兔随机分为对照组、妊娠组、治疗组A、治疗组B,每组8只。治疗组在造模3天后每天腹腔注射半枝莲多糖药物,对照组分别给予等体积生理盐水,在2周、4周、8周时间点检测各组兔血液中SGF、bFGF表达变化,同时计算各个时间点的骨痂骨密度值和X线评分。结果:治疗组A、治疗组B兔静脉血中SGF、bFGF含量及骨痂骨密度值和X线评分均高于对照组、妊娠组。结论:半枝莲多糖能够促进妊娠兔骨折愈合,可能是通过调节SGF、bFGF表达发挥作用。 Objective:To study clinical effects of scutellaria barbata polysaccharide on fracture healing in late pregnancy rabbitand analyze the mechanism.Methods:New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into the control group,pregnancy group,treatmentgroup A,treatment group B,8rats in each group.The rats in the treatment group were given intraperitoneal injection of scutellaria barbatapolysaccharide daily after modeling for3days.The control group was given equal volume of physiological saline.The expression of bloodSGF and bFGF in each group was detected at2weeks,4weeks and8weeks;and bone mineral density and X-ray score were calculatedat each time point.Results:The levels of SGF,bFGF and bone mineral density and X-ray score in the treatment group were significantlyhigher than those in the control group and the pregnantcy group.Conclusion:Scutellaria barbata polysaccharide can promote fracturehealing in pregnant rabbits,which may play a role in regulating the expression of SGF and bFGF.
