摘要
目的:探讨自拟解郁方对慢性不可预知温和应激(CUMS)致抑郁症大鼠行为学及脑组织单胺类神经递质的影响。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为四组,分别为对照组、模型组、氟西汀组和解郁方组,每组10只。采用CUMS构建抑郁症大鼠模型,同时每天分别用生理盐水、氟西汀、自拟解郁方灌胃,连续治疗21天。用敞箱实验及糖水偏好实验评价大鼠抑郁状况,并检测脑组织单胺类神经递质的含量。结果:氟西汀和解郁方明显改善了大鼠的抑郁症状,增高了脑组织单胺类神经递质(NE、DA、5-HT)的含量(P<0.01)。结论:自拟解郁方可通过增高脑组织单胺类神经递质的含量产生抗抑郁作用。
Objective:To investigate the effects of the Jieyu decoction on behavior and brain monoamine neurotransmitters inchronic unpredictable mild stress.Methods:SD rats were randomly divided into four groups:the control group,the model group,thefluoxetine group and the Jieyu group(10rats in each group).The model of depressive rats was established by CUMS.At the same time,the rats were treated with normal saline,fluoxetine and the Jieyu decoction for21days.The depressive status of rats was evaluated byopen box experiment and sugar water preference experiment;and the content of monoamine neurotransmitters in brain tissue was detected.Results:Fluoxetine and the Jieyu decoction significantly improved the depressive symptoms of rats and increased the levels of monoamineneurotransmitters(NE,DA,5-HT)in brain tissue(P<0.01).Conclusion:The Jieyu decoction can produce antidepressant effects byincreasing the content of monoamine neurotransmitters in brain tissue.
