社区高血压病合并糖尿病患者的中医体质分布调查分析

An analysis of TCM constitutions in patients with hypertension plus diabetes mellitus

目的:分析高血压病合并糖尿病患者中医体质分布情况。方法:选择2014年1月-2016年6月某社区120例高血压患者作为调查分析对象。合并糖尿病者作为观察组,未合并者作为对照组。对比两组中医体质分布情况。结果:两组均以气虚、阴虚、痰湿体质为主,观察组痰湿体质所占比例显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组痰湿体质患者的LDL-C水平、TC水平均有明显升高,观察组气虚体质患者的TC水平、阴虚体质患者ALB水平均显著高于对照组该体质患者(P<0.05)。结论:社区高血压病合并糖尿病患者的中医体质主要为气虚、阴虚和痰湿,且痰湿体质明显高于无糖尿病者,患者TC、LDL-C均表现出较高水平。

Objective:To analyze the distribution of TCM constitutions in patients with hypertension plus diabetes mellitus.Methods:120hypertensive patients were divided into two groups.Patients in the observation group were suffered from diabetes;the control groupwas not suffered.TCM constitution in groups were compared.Results:The main constitutions in groups were Qixu,Yinxu and Tanshi.The Tanshi constitution in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The LDL-C and TC levels ofthe Tanshi constitution in groups were significantly higher(P<0.05).The TC level of the Qixu constitution and ALB level of the Yinxuconstitution in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The main TCMconstitutions in patients with hypertension and diabetes are Qixu,Yinxu and Tanshi;in the observation group,the Tanshi constitution ishigher than that without diabetes mellitus,with higher levels of TC and LDL-C.
