三伏穴位敷贴疗法治疗变应性鼻炎的临床观察

Observation on treating allergic rhinitis by acupoint application

目的:观察三伏穴位敷贴疗法治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:将63例变应性鼻炎患者随机分为对照组31例和治疗组32例,分别采用三伏穴位敷贴疗法加药物和仅使用药物治疗,观察临床症状、发作次数和临床疗效情况。结果:治疗组治疗前后临床症状体征积分差值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组与对照组复发次数比较,经秩和检验,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。治疗后6个月治疗组总有效率为87.50%,对照组总有效率为64.52%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三伏穴位敷贴疗法能减轻变应性鼻炎发作症状,减少发作次数,有较好的临床疗效,临床中适宜推广应用。

Objective:To observe efficacy of acupoint application on allergic rhinitis.Methods:63patients were randomly dividedinto the control group(n=31)and treatment group(n=32).The control group was treated by acupoint application plus medicine;the controlgroup was treated with medicine only.The clinical symptoms,frequency and efficacy were observed.Results:The clinical symptom scorein the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between groups in frequency(P<0.01).The total efficiency was87.50%in the treatment group and64.52%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application shows a good efficacy,can reduce the symptoms and frequency,is worthy of popularization andapplication.
