芍药甘草汤加味联合甘露醇在结肠镜检查肠道准备的应用研究

Application of the Shaoyao Gancao decoction plus mannitol in colonoscopy for intestinal preparation

目的:研究芍药甘草汤加味联合甘露醇在结肠镜检查肠道准备的效果及患者的舒适满意度。方法:选取我院2016年4月-2017年4月间的180例需要肠镜检查的患者。随机分成3组,实验组A组用芍药甘草汤加味(加入薄荷、防风)联合甘露醇的中西结合方式做肠道准备。对照组B、C两组则分别给予甘露醇和复方聚乙二醇电解质散。比较肠道准备的清洁度、患者舒适满意度及所花费的费用。结果:A组肠道准备效果(86.7%)明显优于B组(50.0%)、C组(80.0%),A组患者舒适满意度(71.7%)明显优于B组(25.0%)、C组(46.6%),且A组费用不高。结论:该法在肠道准备效果好,让患者检查前、中、后舒适,同时方便医生操作检查,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To study the effect of the Shaoyao Gancao decoction with mannitol on intestinal preparation and colon comfortin colonoscopy.Methods:180patients were randomly divided into3groups.The experimental A group was given the Shaoyao Gancaodecoction plus mannitol.The control B and C groups were given mannitol and compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte respectively.Results:The bowel preparation effect in group A(86.7%)was significantly better than the group B(50.0%)and group C(80.0%);andsatisfaction in the group A(71.7%)were better than group B(25.0%)and group C(46.6%);and cost in the group A is not expensive.Conclusion:The Shaoyao Gancao decoction with mannitol was more effective,is worthy of clinical application.
