纽曼健康系统模式下慢性前列腺炎伴勃起障碍患者的护理体会

Clinical experience of nursing for chronic prostatitis with erectile dysfunction patients under the Newman health system model

目的:分析纽曼健康系统模式下慢性前列腺炎伴勃起障碍患者的护理效果。方法:选取2013年4月-2015年1月我院收治的慢性前列腺炎伴勃起障碍患者92例为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各46例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在纽曼健康系统模式进行三级预防护理干预,两组均干预2个月,应用美国国立卫生研究院前列腺炎症状指数表(NIH-CPSI)、国际勃起功能指数表(IIEF-5)评价干预效果,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、生活质量评分表(QOL)评价两组情绪及生活质量。结果:干预后观察组NIH-CPSI评分(25.77±1.54)分、SAS评分(32.46±1.83)分、SDS评分(35.76±1.91)分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组IIEF-5评分(20.76±2.87)分、QOL评分(100.45±2.71)分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:纽曼健康系统模式下的护理干预可明显改善慢性前列腺炎伴勃起障碍患者勃起功能及情绪,同时提高生活质量,值得在临床推广。

Objective:To analyze the effects of nursing under the Newman health system model on chronic prostatitis patients witherectile dysfunction.Methods:From Apr.2013to Jan.2015,a total of92chronic prostatitis patients with erectile dysfunction in our hospitalwere selected as research objects,and were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,46cases in each.Patients in thecontrol group accepted traditional nursing;the other patients in the observation group accepted three-stage preventive nursing interventionunder the Newman health system model.2months after nursing intervention,we not only used the national institutes of health prostatitissymptom index and international index of erectile function to evaluate their interventional effects,but also evaluated their mood and lifequality by Self-rating Anxiety Scale,Self-rating Depression Scale and quality of life score.Results:After intervention,the NIH-CPSIscore,SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were respectively(25.77±1.54),(32.46±1.83)and(35.76±1.91),significantlylower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the IIEF-5score and QOL score in the observation group were respectively(20.76±2.87)and(100.45±2.71),significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention under the Newmanhealth system model can significantly improve patients’erectile function and mood,while improving their life quality.Thus,it is worthy ofclinical application and promotion.
