高血压脑出血患者采用中医护理干预后并发症发生情况研究

Observation on nursing HICH complications by TCM nursing

目的:探讨中医护理干预对高血压脑出血并发症的防治效果。方法:选择我院神经内科于2015年1月-2016年1月收治的高血压脑出血患者100例,随机分组,就常规西医护理(对照组,n=50)与中医特色护理(观察组,n=50)对并发症的防治情况展开对比。结果:观察组ADL评分为(36.8±8.6)分,明显高于对照组的(32.7±7.1)分,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肺部感染、褥疮、口腔感染等总并发症发生率为24%,明显低于对照组的60%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用中医护理干预对高血压脑出血患者各种并发症加以防范,作用显著,可加快患者康复进程,提高日常生活活动能力。

Objective:To explore the effect of TCM nursing on complications of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:100patients were randomly divided into the control group,received western medicine,and observation group,given TCM medicine,50cases in each group.Results:ADL score in the observation group was(36.8±8.6),significantly higher than(32.7±7.1)in the controlgroup(P<0.05).The total complication rate of lung infection,bed sores and oral infection in the observation group was24%,significantlylower than60%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM intervention on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage was effecive,bypreventing from a variety of complications,speeding up the rehabilitation process,and improving the ability of daily living.
