中医三联疗法治疗盆腔炎性疾病(慢性盆腔疼痛)的临床研究

Clinical research on treating pelvic inflammatory disease(chronic pelvic pain) by TCM triple therapy

目的:探讨中医三联疗法(中药口服+保留灌肠+离子导入)治疗盆腔炎性疾病(慢性盆腔疼痛)的临床效果,以提高中医药治疗本病的临床疗效。方法:将180例符合中医气滞血瘀兼郁热证型的盆腔炎性疾病患者随机分为中药口服组(采用重庆市中医院药剂科提供的盆腔炎方合剂)、中药口服+保留灌肠组(采用重庆市中医院药剂科提供的盆腔炎灌肠方)及中药口服+保留灌肠+离子导入组(采用盐酸川芎嗪注射液行离子导入)各60例。1个月经周期为一个疗程,连续治疗3个月经周期。结果:治疗后,中药口服+保留灌肠+离子导入组总疗效明显优于中药口服+保留灌肠组及中药口服组(P<0.01),中药口服+保留灌肠组总疗效明显优于中药口服组(P<0.01);在改善中医症状、局部体征、疼痛的程度上,中药口服+保留灌肠+离子导入组分别与中药口服+保留灌肠组及中药口服组比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.01),中药口服+保留灌肠组与中药口服组比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.01),中医三联疗法总有效率为96.7%。结论:中医三联疗法(中药口服+保留灌肠+离子导入)治疗盆腔炎性疾病(慢性盆腔疼痛)可以明显改善盆腔炎性疾病(慢性盆腔疼痛)患者临床症状、局部体征,适宜临床推广应用。

Objective:By studying clinical effects of TCM triple therapy(TCM medicine oral plus retention enema and ion import)on pelvic inflammatory disease(chronic pelvic pain),provide a better therapy for the disease.Methods:180cases were randomly dividedinto the TCM medicine oral group(received the Penqiangyan prescription),the oral TCM medicine plus retention enema group(took thePenqiangyan prescription plus pelvic inflammatory enema therapy)and the integreted group(given the Penqiangyan prescription,pelvicinflammatory enema therapy and ion introduction of the Yansuan Chuanxiongqin injection),60cases in each.A course of treatment lastedfor1month,for3menstrual cycles in a row.Results:After the treatment,the total efficacy in the integreted group was superior to the oralTCM medicine plus retention enema group,and in the oral TCM medicine plus retention enema group was better than that in the TCMmedicine oral group(P<0.01).The improvement of TCM symptoms,local signs and pain in the integreted group were much better thanthose in other groups,and in the oral TCM medicine plus retention enema group were better than those in the TCM medicine oral group(P<0.01).The total efficiency of TCM triple therapy was96.7%.Conclusion:TCM triple therapy on pelvic inflammatory disease(chronicpelvic pain)can significantly improve clinical symptoms and local signs,and is suitable for clinical application.
