益母草颗粒与去氧孕烯炔雌醇处理药流不全的临床价值对比

A comparative study on efficacy of the Yimucao granule and desogestreland ethinylestradio on incomplete drug abortion

目的:探析去氧孕稀炔雌醇与益母草颗粒治疗药流不全的效果。方法:随机将药流不全患者76例分为两组,对照组运用益母草颗粒治疗,观察组运用去氧孕稀炔雌醇治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:两组治疗效果和并发症发生率比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:临床运用去氧孕稀炔雌醇治疗药流不全效果显著。

Objective:To analyze efficacy of the Yimucao granule and desogestreland ethinylestradio on incomplete drug abortion.Methods:76patients were divided into two groups.The control group was given the Yimucao granule;the observation group was givendesogestreland ethinylestradio.Efficiency in two groups was compared.Results:There were statistically significant differences in efficiencyand the incidence of complications between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yimucao granule and desogestreland ethinylestradio onincomplete drug abortion show a good effect.
