当前中学提高太极拳教学效果的对策研究

A Study on the Countermeasures of Improving the Teaching Effect of Taijiquan in Middle Schools in Hebei Province

太极拳以其博大精深、文化悠久深厚而著称,但是太极拳在中学的课程设计、教学内容上非常单一,专职武术教师较少,太极拳本身缓慢柔和的特点与中学生的年龄特点不相符,中学对太极拳的重视程度低,学生家长对体育及太极拳存有偏见等。该文建议,增加对抗动作的太极拳套路方面的内容,加强对教师的培训力度,增加教师之间的交流,增加资金的投入力度,建议校领导重视传统文化的传承,不断创新,把新鲜元素加入到太极拳的教学之中,旨在为太极拳的普及与推广提供一定的理论依据。

Taijiquan is famous for its broad and profound culture,but the tai chi is very simple in the curriculum design andteaching content of middle school,the number of full-time martial arts teachers is less,the characteristics of tai chi itselfare slow and soft,and the age characteristics of middle school students do not match,Middle school on the high degree ofemphasis on Taijiquan,parents of students and sports and tai chi are biased and so on.This article proposes to increase thecontent of Taijiquan routine in the fight against action,strengthen the training of teachers,increase the communication betweenteachers,increase the investment of funds,and advise school leaders to attach importance to the inheritance of traditionalculture and innovate new elements To the teaching of Taijiquan,aimed at the popularity of Taijiquan and promote a certaintheoretical basis.
