正畸联合种植义齿治疗合并牙颌畸形单牙缺失患者的疗效研究

Study on curative effect of orthodontic combined with implant denture for the treatment of patients with single-tooth loss and jaw deformity

目的研究分析正畸联合种植义齿治疗合并牙颌畸形单牙缺失的临床疗效。方法 60例合并牙颌畸形的单牙缺失患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者仅进行种植义齿治疗,观察组患者进行正畸联合种植义齿治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、患者满意度及牙齿功能等情况。结果观察组总有效率(96.7%)明显高于对照组(73.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度(93.3%)明显高于对照组(66.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的牙齿功能恢复时间短于对照组,且观察组的咀嚼、语音功能评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施正畸联合种植义齿治疗合并牙颌畸形单牙缺失,疗效确切,患者接受程度高,可有效促进牙齿功能恢复,减少并发症,修复成功率高,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical curative effect of orthodontic combined withimplant denture for the treatment of patients with single-tooth loss and jaw deformity.Methods A total of60patients with jaw deformity and single-tooth loss were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with30cases in each group.The control group received implant denture only for treatment,and the observationgroup received orthodontic combined with implant denture for treatment.Comparison were made on therapeuticeffect,satisfaction degree of patients and dental function in two groups.Results The observation group hadobviously higher total effective rate(96.7%)than the control group(73.3%),and the difference had statisticalsignificance(P<0.05).The observation group had obviously higher satisfaction degree(93.3%)than the controlgroup(66.7%),and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter dentalfunction recovery time than the control group,and better masticatory and speech function score than the controlgroup.Their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Implement of orthodontic and implantdenture has exact curative effect and high degree of patients acceptance in the treatment of single-tooth loss andjaw deformity.It can effectively promote the recovery of dental function,reduce complications,and improve thesuccess rate of rehabilitation.So it has the value of clinical promotion.
