标本溶血对生化检验结果的影响及处理对策探析 被引量:8

Investigation of influence by sample hemolysis on biochemical detection outcomes and its treatment countermeasures

摘要 目的探讨标本溶血对生化检验结果的影响及处理对策。方法 30例健康体检人员于空腹采血,将每例研究对象血液标本均分为2份,分别作为对照组与实验组,各30份。对照组标本自然凝固后行离心处理,实验组采用人工搅拌溶血后提取血清,对比两组标本检测结果。结果两组血清尿酸(UA)、血清肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、三酰甘油(TG)水平比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.059、0.431、0.178、0.352,P>0.05);实验组直接胆红素(DBIL)、总胆红素(TBIL)更低,肌酸激酶(CK)、血清总蛋白(TP)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、总胆固醇(CHO)更高,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(t=7.476、4.692、2.451、2.650、2.926、2.023,P<0.05)。结论标本溶血会影响生化检验指标的准确性,对检验结果造成干扰,可通过正确采集静脉血标本、严格遵循检验科工作规范、妥善保存标本、严格选用试管和注射器等措施进行预防,临床检验应注意进行控制。 Objective To investigate influence by sample hemolysis on biochemical detection outcomesand its treatment countermeasures.Methods Fast blood samples were collected from30physical examinationpersonnel,and the blood samples of each subject were divided into2parts respectively as control group andexperimental group,with30samples in each group.The control group was taken into centrifugal treatment afternatural coagulation,and the experimental group received serum extraction after manual mixing and hemolysis.Detection outcomes of samples were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statisticallysignificant difference of serum uric acid(UA),serum creatinine(Cr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),and triacylglycerol(TG)levels between the two groups(t=0.059,0.431,0.178,0.352,P>0.05).The experimental group had lowerdirect bilirubin(DBIL),total bilirubin(TBIL),and higher creatine kinase(CK),serum total protein(TP),alaninetransaminase(ALT),total cholesterol(CHO)than the control group,and the difference between the two groups hadstatistical significance(t=7.476,4.692,2.451,2.650,2.926,2.023,P<0.05).Conclusion Influence by samplehemolysis on accuracy of biochemical detection indexes will disturb detection outcomes,and prevention can bemade through correct venous blood sample collection,strict detection work standard following,proper samplepreservation,and strict test tube and injector selection.Detection requires clinical control.
