大承气汤联合奥曲肽治疗不完全性肠梗阻的疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of Dachengqi decoction combined with octreotide in the treatment of incomplete intestinal obstruction

目的分析大承气汤联合奥曲肽治疗不完全性肠梗阻的疗效。方法 68例不完全性肠梗阻患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组34例。对照组给予奥曲肽治疗,实验组给予大承气汤联合奥曲肽治疗,分析比较两组患者肛门排气时间、临床症状(腹痛、腹胀)缓解时间、住院时间及临床疗效。结果对照组的总有效率为73.53%,显著低于实验组的94.12%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组肛门排气时间、临床症状缓解时间、住院时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对不完全性肠梗阻患者采取大承气汤联合奥曲肽治疗,能显著缩短患者的肛门排气时间、临床症状缓解时间及住院时间,效果显著,值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of Dachengqi decoction combined with octreotidein the treatment of incomplete intestinal obstruction.Methods A total of68incomplete intestinal obstructionpatients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with34cases in each group.The controlgroup received octreotide for treatment,and the experimental group received Dachengqi decoction combined withoctreotide for treatment.Analysis and comparison were made on anal exhaust time,clinical symptoms(abdominalpain,abdominal distension)remission time,hospitalization time and clinical curative effect in two groups.ResultsThe control group had significantly lower total effective rate as73.53%than94.12%in the experimental group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Both groups had statistically significant difference in analexhaust time,clinical symptoms remission time and hospitalization time(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination ofDachengqi decoction and octreotide shows remarkable effect for incomplete intestinal obstruction patients,andit can significantly shorten anal exhaust time,clinical symptoms remission time and hospitalization time.So it isworthy of promotion.
