妊娠合并支气管哮喘临床治疗分析

Analysis of clinical treatment for pregnancy complicated with bronchial asthma

目的探讨妊娠合并支气管哮喘临床治疗效果。方法 60例妊娠合并轻至中度支气管哮喘患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组患者均给予常规对症治疗,在此基础上观察组患者加用布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗。比较两组患者临床症状评分、肺功能情况、憋喘消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间及住院时间。结果治疗后,观察组呼吸困难、喘息、咳嗽及肺内哮鸣音症状评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后第一秒用力呼气容积占预计值的百分比(FEV1%)、第一秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC)及最大呼气流量占预计值的百分比(PEF%)水平均较治疗前显著提高,且观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后憋喘消失时间为(3.29±0.89)d、哮鸣音消失时间为(5.02±1.17)d、住院时间为(8.27±1.17)d,均短于对照组的(5.63±0.57)、(7.99±0.92)、(12.81±2.05)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠合并支气管哮喘患者行布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入治疗临床疗效显著,对于临床症状的改善及肺功能的提高均具有重要作用。

Objective To investigate clinical curative effect for pregnancy complicated with bronchialasthma.Methods A total of60pregnancy complicated with mild and moderate bronchial asthma patients wererandomly divided into observation group and control group,with30cases in each group.The control group receivedconventional symptomatic treatment,and the treatment group also received additional budesonide formoterolpowder inhalant for treatment.Comparison was made on clinical symptom score,pulmonary function condition,suffocated breath disappearance time,wheezing rale disappearance time,and hospital stay time between the twogroups.Results After treatment,the observation group had all lower symptom scores of dyspnea,wheezing,coughand lung wheezing rale than the control group,and difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Both groups hadobviously better percentage of forced expiratory volume in1second in predicted value(FEV1%),forced expiratoryvolume in1second/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)and percentage of peak expiratory flow in predictedvalue(PEF%)after treatment than those before treatment.The observation group had all higher scores than thecontrol group,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group had all shortersuffocated breath disappearance time as(3.29±0.89)d,wheezing rale disappearance time as(5.02±1.17)d,and hospital stay time as(8.27±1.17)d after treatment than(5.63±0.57),(7.99±0.92),and(12.81±2.05)d inthe control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Implement of budesonideformoterol powder inhalant provides excellent curative effect in treating pregnancy complicated with bronchialasthma,and this method contains important effects for improving clinical symptoms and pulmonary function.
