阿司匹林与氯吡格雷对冠心病患者临床效果的影响研究

Effect study of aspirin and clopidogrel on clinical outcomes in patients with coronary artery disease

目的探究阿司匹林与氯吡格雷对冠心病患者临床效果的影响,为临床治疗冠心病提供参考依据。方法 82例冠心病患者为研究对象,采用单双号法分为常规组及研究组,每组41例。常规组给予阿司匹林治疗,研究组给予氯吡格雷治疗。比较两组患者活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、血小板聚集率(PAG)及凝血酶原时间(PT)情况。结果治疗前,两组患者APTT、PAG、PT比较,差异均无统计学意义(t=1.4272、0.0452、0.3756,P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者APTT、PT较本组治疗前升高,PAG较本组治疗前降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且研究组治疗后APTT、PT高于常规组,PAG低于常规组,差异均具有统计学意义(t=18.6608、6.6984、5.0742,P<0.05)。结论对冠心病患者给予氯吡格雷治疗临床效果明显优于阿司匹林,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To explore and study the effect of aspirin and clopidogrel on clinical outcomesin patients with coronary artery disease,to provide reference for clinical treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of82patients with coronary artery disease as study subjects were divided by single and doublenumber method into conventional group and research group,with41cases in each group.The conventional groupreceived aspirin for treatment,and the research group received clopidogrel for treatment.Comparison were madeon activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),platelet aggregation rate(PAG)and prothrombin time(PT)situation in two groups.Results Before treatment,both groups had no statistically significant difference in APTT,PAG and PT(t=1.4272,0.0452,0.3756,P>0.05).After treatment,both groups had higher APTT anb PT thanbefore treatment,and lower PAG than before treatment.Their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the research group had higher APTT and PT than the conventional group,and lower PAG than theconventional group.Their difference had statistical significance(t=18.6608,6.6984,5.0742,P<0.05).ConclusionClopidogrel shows better clinical effect than aspirin for the treatment of coronary artery disease,and it is worthy ofclinical application and promotion.
