甘肃对外开放竞争力分析——基于因子分析法

An Analysis of the Competitiveness of Gansu's Opening to the Outside World——Based on Factor Analysis

甘肃省作为国家建设"新丝绸之路经济带"的重要组成部分,为其发展带来了前所未有的机遇与挑战,在今后的转型发展中,应稳抓战略机遇,积极迎接挑战,充分利用政策和区位等优势,积极提高对外开放竞争力,以此推动经济社会的全面发展。首先,论文利用甘肃省2005年—2014年的相关统计数据,介绍甘肃省对外开放现状;其次,运用因子分析法,依据30个省市2014年的相关数据,选取10个代表对外开放竞争力的指标计算因子得分,对其进行排名分析,得出结论;最后对提高甘肃省对外开放竞争力提出政策建议。

As an important part of the national construction of the“New Silk Road Economic Zone”,Gansuprovince has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges for its development.In the future developmentof transition,it should grasp the strategic opportunities and actively meet the challenges,use the advantages ofpolicy and location,and improve the competitiveness of opening up to the outside world,to promoting the overalleconomic and social development.First,the article uses the relevant statistical data of Gansu Province from2005to2014to introduce the present situation of opening to the outside world.Secondly,using the factor analysis method,according to the relevant data of thirty provinces and cities in2014,selecting ten indicators of opening to the outsideworld and calculating the factor score,to ranking the analysis and drawing the conclusion.Finally,putting forwardsome policy suggestions to improve the opening competitiveness of Gansu Province.
