绿色金融指引着金融未来发展的新方向以及新趋势。2016年是中国绿色金融元年,绿色金融快速发展。绿色债券发展迅猛,绿色信贷规模不断上升,碳金融也得到大力发展。绿色金融的发展对引导资源流向、促进绿色产业发展、建立资源节约型、环境友好型社会、推动社会的可持续发展有着重要的意义,然而市场机制不健全、绿色金融主体环境保护意识淡薄问题仍然存在。因此,应该从完善管理体系,加强市场机制建设,加强信息披露等方面提出了建议。

Green Finance guides the new trends and directions of future financial development.The Green Financehas developed from the year2016in China,which has expanded rapidly.Green bonds are booming,the scale of thegreen credit is rising constantly,and the carbon finance has also developed vigorously.Green finance is beneficialto guiding the flowing of resources,promoting the development of green industry,building a resource-conservingand environment-friendly society,and is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of society.However,there are some problems still exist,for example that the market mechanism is not sound and the mainbodies of the green finance are weak consciousness of environmental protection.Therefore,the suggestion ofperfecting the management system,strengthening the construction of the market mechanism and the informationdisclosure should be put forward.
