新型城镇化背景下中小企业践行社会责任问题的探讨

Discussion on the Practice of Social Responsibility of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises in the Context of New Urbanization

中小企业是中国特色社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,中小企业践行社会责任对新型城镇化建设起着重要作用。论文首先对新型城镇化背景下中小企业社会责任的主要内容进行了阐述。在此基础上,对中小企业践行社会责任存在的问题进行了分析,最后对中小企业社会责任践行提出四方面的建议,即明确以人为本的理念,为员工顺利完成"市民化"提供保障;从制度到执行,在多个层面践行对环境的责任;明确主体地位,建立激励机制,加快产学联动和鼓励内部创新;引入物联网思维,提高资源利用效率,构建信息交流平台。

Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important part of the socialist market economy withChinese characteristics,and the practice of social responsibility of small and medium-sized enterprises plays animportant role in the construction of new urbanization.Firstly,this paper expounds the main contents of the socialresponsibility of small and medium enterprises in the context of new urbanization.On this basis,the existence ofsmall and medium-sized enterprises to fulfill the social responsibility of the problems are analyzed,finally putsforward four suggestions on the practice of social responsibility of small and medium-sized enterprises,whichis clearly the concept of people-oriented,for the successful completion of employees“citizenization”to providesecurity;from the system to perform at multiple levels in the practice of environmental responsibility;clear subjectthe status,the establishment of incentive mechanism,accelerate the industry linkage and encourage internalinnovation;introduced the Internet thinking,improve resource utilization efficiency,build a platform for theexchange of information.
