结核病防治宣传志愿者的管理与服务情况调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Volunteer Service for Tuberculosis Prevention and Treatment

为了了解淄博市2012~2016年中招募的6399名志愿者开展结核病防治知识宣传活动的情况及其对志愿者工作的看法。本文通过对淄博市登记在册的6399名结核病防治宣传志愿者基础资料进行收集及对2016年新招募的1361名新志愿者进行问卷调查,内容包括一般情况、活动形式、困难和需求等,采用Excel进行分析。结果表明:加强对结核病防治知识宣传志愿者的社会关注,提供必要的技能及知识培训,是促进志愿者结防宣传服务可持续发展的保证。

To understand the situation of TB prevention and control knowledge of6399volunteers recruited during2012and2016in Zibo city and their views on volunteer work.the basic information of6399TB advocacy volunteers registered in Zibo city were collected and1361new volunteers recruited during2016had a questionnaire survey,including general situation,activities,difficulties and requirements.Excel was used to analyze.Then we come to an Conclusion:Strengthening the social attention to the knowledge of TB prevention and control and providing the necessary skills and knowledge training were the guarantee of promoting the sustainable development of volunteer service for TB prevention and treatment.
