摘要
针对在生产运行中存在的洗苯环节煤气温度偏高、循环洗油质量恶化、洗油再生环节效率低、送渣困难等问题,通过增加化验频次,调整关键指标,改变蒸汽投入方式,管控洗油再生排渣环节,改进送渣工艺等措施,提高了循环洗油质量,有效降低了洗油消耗及生产运行成本,取得了较好的经济效益。
Problems existed in the production of Tiantie Coking and Chemical Co.,Ltd.such as high gas temperature at benzene washing,deteriorated quality of circulating washing oil,low efficiency at washing oil regeneration,difficult dregs sending and etc.A series of measures were taken of increasing test frequency,adjusting key indicators,changing steam starting method,controlling washing oil regeneration and dregs sending process.Thus,the quality of circulating washing oil was improved and the washing oil consumption and production cost were effectively lowered.Good economic benefits were achieved.
