摘要
针对转炉下枪吹炼过程中的喷溅问题,分析出其产生原因,进行了物料平衡与热平衡计算,通过合理地配合布料和枪位、控制生料与含铁物料的使用、人为地加入辅料调整操作,改变炉内化学反应的速度,有效控制了转炉吹炼喷溅问题,降低生产成本,取得了较好的经济效益。
The cause of splashing produced by lowering lance to blow in converter was analyzed.Materialbalance and thermal balance calculation was conducted.Measures were taken of reasonably matching material distribution and lance position,controlling unheated raw material and ferrous material,artificially adding accessories to adjust operation and changing chemical reaction speed in converter to effectively curb splashing problem and reduce production cost.Good economic benefits were obtained.
