摘要
通过比较进口镍基焊丝25Cr-35Ni-1Nb和国产焊丝的化学成分,熔敷金属化学成分,熔敷金属力学性能及焊缝工艺性能,找出国产焊丝的不足,为其国产化提出建议。
This paper found out the deficiency of domestic welding wires of25Cr-35Ni-1Nb and gave out the improving suggestions on its domestic production by comparing the chemical composition ofwires and deposited metal,chemical composition and mechanical properties of deposited metal and processing performance of welding joint between imported Nickel based wires of25Cr-35Ni-1Nb and domestic wires.
